Well, that’s an easy question! As a newborn photographer, I feel that capturing these first stages of your new baby are priceless. You will forget how tiny they were and what they looked like. They grow and change so fast! These photos will become memories for a lifetime! I love the joy and anticipation of new parents with their new little family member! It feels like I was in their place such a short time ago and my kids are now in their late 30’s! It honestly feels like yesterday and now they have babies of their own that are not such babies anymore. I want to preserve this time for you, plus I get free baby snuggles! Newborn photography is the hardest age to photograph but it is such a joy to “get the shot”. To get that baby to a sleep stage where I can get those snuggly and dreamy shots! The challenges to get to this point in a session are hard but so rewarding! I have always been artsy and newborn photography allows me to setup beautiful scenes and let my creative juices flow!
